Texas Governor Greg Abbott today issued an Executive Order (GA-34) lifting the mask mandate in Texas and increasing capacity of all businesses and facilities in the state to 100 percent.
I went inside one of your restaurants today 5/4/2021 to order something because their drive through was too crowded. I was asked when I approached the front counter if I had a mask. I did not – because I believe they are contributing to respiratory/lung issues having to constantly breathe your in and out breath. Masks do NOT prevent COVID, even the vaccine DOESN’T prevent or stop the COVID. So – let’s quit freaking out and giving in to the fear and government control. What will they tell us next that we can’t do, or must do? Never going there again. It USED TO BE my favorite fast food restaurant. Not anymore. Plus I get tired of them asking me to donate to a charity. I give to several charities and don’t like being asked to do so everywhere I go. People with their hand out everwhere you turn! It is getting old. I barely have enough $ to buy lunch, maybe once a week. Sometimes less than that!

The receipt I was given has instructions to get a free entrée item. It used to be really easy to do this on your website but now it’s extremely difficult. Not only can I not find the link, when I think I found it, it won’t let me click on it. It’s the mostly red box right? Also the last four times I’ve went in I hardly get any walnuts in the honey walnut chicken.

Why has the to go container gotten so small?! When we got home we measured it and it was only 8 1/2 x 7 3/4. When we visited Los Angeles the containers were bigger, is this a Bakersfield thing or has your chain become greedy?? I used to be able to make two meals out of a two item plate.

Your feedback phone number is out of service – your website makes it almost impossible to use.
My husband and I had our first visit at your new Green Bay Wisconsin location.
I have eaten at your restaurants before and love the food- but today I ordered a two entree plate- got lots of fried rice and ordered mushroom chicken and angus steak. What I got was a meager tablespoon of each entree- one tiny piece of steak and one tiny shred of chicken, the rest vegetables and precious little of those. To say I was dissatisfied is an understatement- I know you are likely training new staff- ask them how they would feel to pay for a full meal and get shorted like this. Email me please- at least uYounoffered a free entree and now I can’t get that either as your system here doesn’t work.

This is supposed to be Panda Express. I have been waiting in line for way over twenty minutes and still not close to the front of the line to order. I’m going to be late an appointment that I have although I do like the food but this is ridiculous . There are still 11 people in front of me…

Is this a hoax, the ‘free entree’ feedback? Impossible to find link, fortunately, I won’t hold this agains the local restaurant. I enjoy the food. But what a farce!

Did this really have to turn into another platform for your political views. This is about food and service. I’ve had enough opposing views shoved down my throat. Let me enjoy my Panda food,Anonymous.

It’s been a while since I saved my receipt to do a survey and get a free entree. It didn’t take much time and provided me a code. I went to Panda Express yesterday, I kept my receipt. I’ve spent at least 20 minutes trying to figure out your website…WHAT A JOKE!!! Nothing works with any rhyme or reason. I had a complaint about the food and serving size I received as well as my food being given to another customer. They opened it and saw it wasn’t theirs, returning it to the counter. I was then given it…NOT COOL!!

My future visits to Panda Express will surely be limited in contrast to what they used to be.

    Very Disappointed!!

I tried to order Catering for 35 People for next week (6 Days from now). The cateering app never allows me to order the food on time. I need to pick up my food at 11:30 or 11:45. It won’t let me pick it up until after 12:00. That is too late for my lunch.
I am a Pharmaceutical rep and spend nearly 30k on food each year. I can’t ever buy Panda because it will never allow me to cater on time. It won’t even allow me to enter a catering order no matter how far out I order it. It always says I have to choose a later time which is usually after my lunch begins.

Do you guys not cater for lunches? Do you only allow catering for later afternoon times? You have lost so much business from me over the last 15 years because your online cater ordering doesn’t allow me to pick it up in time.

Fix your app and I’ll buy more.
