  3. In a heavy bottomed pan, put two tablespoons of oil and heat it until it is super hot. Sway the pan and spread the oil before putting in the marinated chicken. After that, toss the chicken to cook.

  5. Once ready, remove the chicken and in the same pan, put in the celery.
