At the point when individuals figure Chinese takeout, I think many would pick Panda Express to be the ‘go to’. Actually, most areas would have a neighborhood Asian take out shop which would have the standard charge: broiled rice, hot and sour soup, chicken dishes and something from beef.

Extremely straightforward. This formula utilizes beef rather than meat strips as they assimilated the ‘sauce’ much better and had a speedier cooking time. The sauce mix is on point and the ideal measure of salt to sweet!

I visited Panda Express in Westlake Village, Ca

    My order number was 295828

I ordered three items and only received two. When I got home I found that I didn’t receive my Kung Pao Chicken.

I had a large order from Panda at 19th and Wanamaker, Topeka, Ks. They were very busy. A few of the people waiting were rude to employees. They obviously didn’t have enough help. I wanted to tip the employees and found they aren’t allowed to accept tips?? Didn’t want to donate to children’s miracle network. I wanted to reward the hard working employees who politely and correctly filled my order. You are not paying these people enough to suffer this abuse. Raise their salary, raise the prices if you have to, but some of us judge the company as much by how they treat their employees as the quality of the food.

I tried to fill out the Panda Express feedback survey and it keeps taking me to other survey spots and BS that I don’t want. All I wanted to do is give honest feedback and get a free entree item. Why is it so difficult??

I went into location #1562 in Carson, CA. It was about 12:48 in the afternoon, it was part of the lunch hour rush I’m sure, but the employee by the name of Billy was sweating and had his mask under her nose. Everyone else in the restaurant from the cook to the cashier and everyone in the back was wearing their mask properly. I asked if he could pull his mask over his nose prior to preparing our order and he became furious. He said,
“No” I won’t. He said he didn’t even have to wear his mask at which point he snatched it off of his face. I asked that he get the manager that was sanitizing in the back of the restaurant. He walked back ahead of the manager and yelled for the next customer, looking at us. The manager finished and began to prepare our order. We had to wait for one of our entrees to be cooked and Billy kept walking by and looking at us, Mad Doggin. My husband is dealing with health issues and it is important that people in the food industry comply while preparing food. We were paying customers and should not have to endure an Nasty, Angry, RUDE employee. I know that it will a hard to get employees during these difficult times, but he is not the person to represent Panda. He needs to be re-trainer and held responsible for his lack of customer service and for his attitude.
